Refund Policy

Students who withdraw from the University, will be issued a refund based on the date of enrolments. Students withdrawing from the University must give written notice, sent certified mail, stating the reason for withdrawal. Payments made by credit card will be credited back to the appropriate account. All other refunds will be made by check. A fifty ($50) dollar processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. The refund percentage amount is applied to the total tuition, not the amount already paid.

Tuition Refund Schedule:

0 to 7 days = 100%

8 to 15 days = 75%

16 to 30 days = 50%

over 30 days = None

Terms and Conditions of Use

  1. By viewing the Cheshire University website the user is deemed to consent to all terms and conditions set out below. If you have any questions regarding the terms and conditions, you should contact the University Company Secretary.

(b) For the exclusive benefit of the University, it shall retain the right to bring proceedings in the Courts of the country of residence of any user of the website.

  1. We may intercept and monitor all communications with the University.
  2. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any Court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions which shall continue to have full force and effect.
  3. The failure by the University to exercise any right or remedy under these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
